The Wandering Yoga Mat

We will be traveling to a destination once a month to practice yoga.  We have many exciting venues planned both outdoors and indoors.  

We are calling it a tour of sorts.  Like when a band goes on tour.  We will be offering a long sleeve t-shirt or sweatshirt with the destinations and date that you attended.

Yoga Nidra with Sound Bath

Join Cat for a soothing and rejuvenating candlelit guided yoga Nidra meditation. Crystal Chakra Singing Bowls emit their sweet echoing sound. The healing vibration is felt throughout your whole body.

A guided meditation brings you into a deep state of relaxation where you can drift anywhere that you want to. Bring your pillow and blanket (we do have blankets available) and be ready to snuggle into a candlelit room and drift away.

Forever Young Yoga Fusion

Forever Young Yoga Fusion provides flexibility and creativity for Cat from class to class.

Classes will be a fusion of chair yoga, restorative poses, and savanas that you have only dreamed of.

These classes focus on functional movement, strengthening the core, and tuning into your body.

Occasionally, the class will be an intermittent intensity class to burn calories and fat. These classes will be announced on the schedule and on all social media platforms.
